    What to do next?

    1. Packaging your item

    Please carefully package your item to avoid any damage in transit.

    If you are having your item repaired please ensure it is clean before sending the item to us. If the damage on the item is too severe to wash the item, please spot clean the area that needs the repair.

    Please empty the pockets of your items of any rubbish or personal items.

    2. Sending your item

    You will receive 2 emails shortly after purchasing your service. 1 will be confirming your purchase, the other will be instructions on how to send your item to us.

    There will be a link to a Royal Mail portal where you can fill out the relevant information to get the item to us. If you don't have a printer you can select a printer free service at no extra cost.

    3. Service process

    Once your item reaches the Workshop we will email you so you know we have your item and that the service has started. If the Workshop team have any further questions they will get in touch with you.

    4. Service completion

    Once your item is finished being serviced we will do a final inspection to ensure it's at a quality you would expect from Mountain Equipment.

    You will then recieve an email informing you it's finished and we'll return the item to you as soon as possible. Royal Mail will then be in touch with any further delivery instructions.
